We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your bedside cabinet (and any included accessories, such as NFC cards) must be:

  • Unused and in original condition (no scratches, dents, or modifications).

  • In its original packaging (including all protective materials).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at (uk.ghostsystems@gmail.com) within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions (note: return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty).

  3. Do not ship returns without approval – unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval/denial.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

  • Late or missing refunds? Contact us at (uk.ghostsystems@gmail.com) after 15 business days.


Exceptions

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used NFC/RFID cards (for hygiene and security reasons).

  • Customized/personalized cabinets (e.g., engraved designs).

  • Sale items or gift cards.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of receipt (same condition/packaging rules apply).


Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at ( uk.ghostsystems@gmail.com) if your cabinet or cards arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
