General terms and conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders made via our online shop. The contractual partner for all orders is:

2. Conclusion of the contract

With the placement of products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to the conclusion of the contract via these items. The contract is concluded by sending the order to the order in the checkout process. The purchase contract will be effective by email by email.

3. Prices and terms of payment

4. Shipping and delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a legal right of withdrawal. You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who has taken possession of the goods.

7. Return

The buyer/seller bears the cost of returning the goods in the event of a revocation, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered.

8. Warranty and liability

The legal warranty rights apply. Our liability is based on the legal regulations, unless otherwise determined in these terms and conditions. We are only liable for damage based on willful or grossly negligent behavior.

9. Dispute

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute settlement (OS). We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute settlement procedures in front of a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions remains unaffected. The law of the HMRC is applied to contracts between us and the customer, excluding the UN sales law.
